The high temperature and corrosion resistant filter material is adopted in the dust collector. Combined with the characteristics of the flue gas of the rotary kiln in China, the LF series high temperature resistant composite filter material with high performance price ratio is adopted. The filter material is mixed with 20% P84 and base cloth PTFE, and the post treatment is impregnated with high concentration of PTFE. It not only solves the problem of high temperature of the flue gas in the rotary kiln, but also makes the filter with strong anti-corrosion performance. It is suitable for the tail of the cement kiln.
The dust cleaning structure of the dust collector in the grey kiln
The dust collector has low resistance, small area, low energy consumption, less maintenance and so on. It is now widely used in the flue gas purification of lime kiln in industrial industry, dust control in workplaces, and material transportation and other places. The dusty gas reaches the lower part of the middle box and enters the ash hopper through the air inlet pipe. There is no windshield in the middle box, so that the airflow is evenly distributed through the filter bag. After removing the filter bag, the dust is blocked on the outside surface of the filter bag. The purified gas is discharged through the outlet of the upper box.
The dust collector of the lime kiln is also called the water dust collector of the vertical kiln. It consists mainly of the dust removal tower, the ash water separator, the spray system, the fan induction system and so on. Through the pipeline, a complete system of continuous dust removal, ash water separation, dust recovery and recycling and water recirculation is practiced. Compared with other forms of dust remover, it has less investment, 1/2 of the electrostatic precipitator, 1/3 of the large cloth bag dust collector, the wide application of the flue gas temperature, and no requirements for the operation of the vertical kiln. The installed capacity is small, less than 10KW, and the running cost is low. The recovered dust is directly used for pelletizing, and the water recycle utilization has no two pollution.
