The installation method of the dust collector for the top of the cloth bag:
1. the welding caliber of the top dust collector of the bag can be smaller than the actual welding caliber of the top dust remover of the cement bin.
2. welding method for bag top dust collector: the welding flange below the top of the cement bin must be completely sealed with the connection place, preferably welded seamlessly.
3. installation of filter cartridge for dust collector at the top of the bag can ensure that there is no gap in the installation.
4. the power supply of the dust collector at the top of the bag can not be exposed outside the power line to prevent short circuit.
The pedestal of the bag top dust collector must be welded on the top of the warehouse to ensure the horizontal, vertical and roundness of the base. When installing the dust collector, provide enough space for opening the detection door when maintaining. All connections required for the normal operation of the dust collector must be done by the user.
(1) install the base (randomly fixed on the dust collector) horizontally to the top of the cement bin. Seal the flanges with sealed silica gel when necessary.
Attention:
A. welds shall not be perforated. If sealing is not guaranteed, silicone sealant shall be used.
B. must ensure the horizontal position of the flange.
The distance between the flange of C. and the top of the silo should not be less than 40mm.
The installation position of D. warehouse top bag filter should be close to the outlet of the material delivery pipe.
