Atlas air compressor maintenance plan:
Daily work content:
A. check the compressor oil level;
B. check and readings on the dashboard;
C. to see if there are any more condensate discharge loads;
D. after downtime, please drain the condensate during and after cooler.
A week working content:
A. to check the Settings in the program;
B. if installed gasholder, please drain the condensate;
C. look at possible leaks.
Every six months working content:
A. Remove the air filter, by spraying high-pressure gas cleaning and check any damage;
B. clean compressor.
Every year working content:
A. replace the air filter of the gear box;
B. indicator light/display test;
C. Replace the oil filter;
D. if you use a mineral oil, the oil should be replaced;
E. replace the air filter;F. Test the relief valve;
