It is forbidden to increase the pulse frequency and pressure deliberately. When disassembling the filter cartridge, be careful to put it gently. When the pressure difference alarm of the dust collector or the pressure difference exceeds 3500Pa, the filter cartridge should be replaced in time to avoid excessive use of damaged equipment. Of course, when the customer has convenient conditions, it can also remove the filter cartridge and use 0.5Mpa compressed air to clean the dust on the surface of the filter cartridge and then use it, which can also achieve the purpose of extending the service life of the filter cartridge. When cleaning, attention should be paid to the protection of the filter membrane, do not use metal products cleaning tools to avoid damaging the filter membrane, oil-proof and waterproof filter cartridge should be regularly put into the zeolite powder at the air inlet, and after starting the dust collector, the powder is drawn into the dust collector so that the powder adheres to the filter cartridge to absorb the oil and water of the filter cartridge.

Example: The filter cartridge specification is: 325×215×660 fold width: 45mm fold number: 175

Dust collector filter cylinder wind speed calculation:

Cylinder filter speed (m/m/min)- total dust collector air volume (m³/h)+ total dust collector area (m³)

Example: the dust collector air volume is: 1000m³/h

Filter cartridge Filter area: 10㎡ Number of filter cartridges: 10 pieces

Air volume conversion: 10000m³/h=166 66m³/min

Filtration area calculation: 10m³×10=100㎡

The wind speed of the filter cartridge is 1.66mm/min
