As an advanced filtering equipment, the self-cleaning filter has the advantages of self-cleaning, high-efficiency filtration, and space saving. The self-cleaning filter is mainly composed of a filter cartridge, a cleaning mechanism, a sewage valve, a control system, etc. Its working principle is as follows: During the filtration process, when the water to be treated passes through the filter, it is first filtered by the filter to remove suspended matter and impurities in the water to ensure the water quality of the outlet. The filtered water flows out of the filter and enters the next treatment link. As the filtration time goes by, the impurities on the filter gradually increase, resulting in a decrease in filtration efficiency. At this time, the control system will start the cleaning mechanism according to the preset time or pressure difference parameters. The cleaning mechanism removes impurities on the filter by rotating, scraping, etc. to ensure that the filter always maintains a good filtration effect. The impurities cleaned will be collected in the sewage chamber. When the impurities in the sewage chamber accumulate to a certain extent, the control system will trigger the sewage valve to open and discharge the impurities out of the filter to keep the sewage chamber clean.
The filter cartridge dust collector is composed of a filter cartridge as a filter element or a pulse jet dust collector. Its working principle is diverse. For example, after the dust-containing gas enters the dust collector hopper, due to the sudden expansion of the airflow section and the action of the airflow distribution plate, a part of the coarse particles in the airflow settle in the hopper under the action of dynamic and inertial forces; after the fine-sized and low-density dust particles enter the dust filter chamber, the dust is deposited on the surface of the filter material through the combined effects of Brownian diffusion and sieving, and the purified gas enters the clean air chamber and is discharged from the exhaust pipe through the fan. The resistance of the filter cartridge dust collector increases with the increase of the thickness of the dust layer on the surface of the filter material. When the resistance reaches a certain specified value, the dust is cleaned. At this time, the PLC program controls the opening and closing of the pulse valve. First, the lifting valve of a chamber is closed to cut off the filter airflow, and then the electromagnetic pulse valve is opened. The compressed air expands rapidly in the upper box body in a short time and rushes into the filter cartridge, causing the filter cartridge to expand and deform to produce vibration, and under the action of the reverse airflow, the dust attached to the outer surface of the filter bag is peeled off and falls into the hopper.
LEFILTER steel mill circulating water stainless steel self-cleaning filter has the following advantages: water enters the filter from the water inlet, first passes through the coarse filter element assembly to filter out larger particles of impurities, then reaches the fine filter, and after the fine filter filter removes fine particles of impurities, the clean water is discharged from the water outlet. During the filtration process, the inner layer of the fine filter gradually accumulates impurities, and a pressure difference is formed on its inner and outer sides. When this pressure difference reaches the preset value, the automatic cleaning process will begin: the drain valve opens, the hydraulic motor chamber and hydraulic cylinder of the main assembly release the pressure and discharge the water; the pressure in the hydraulic motor chamber and the suction pipe drops significantly. Due to the negative pressure, the dirt on the inner wall of the fine filter is sucked by the suction nozzle, flows into the hydraulic motor chamber by the hydraulic motor, and is discharged by the drain valve, forming a suction process. When water flows through the hydraulic motor, it drives the suction pipe to rotate, and the hydraulic cylinder piston drives the suction pipe to move axially. The suction assembly completely cleans the entire inner surface of the filter through the combination of axial movement and rotational movement. The entire cleaning process will last for tens of seconds. The drain valve is closed at the end of cleaning, and the increased water pressure will return the hydraulic cylinder piston to its initial position, and the filter will begin to prepare for the next flushing cycle. During the cleaning process, the filter machine's normal filtering work is uninterrupted.
Working principle of self-cleaning cartridge dust filter
The self-cleaning cartridge dust filter is mainly composed of air inlet, filter cartridge, spray system and air outlet. The dust-containing gas enters the cartridge dust collector from the air inlet. In the filter cartridge, the air flow passes through the filter material and the dust is trapped on the filter material. The clean gas is discharged into the atmosphere from the air outlet. As time goes by, the dust particles on the filter cartridge will increase, resulting in increased air flow resistance and affecting the dust removal effect. At this time, it is necessary to spray clean gas to the filter cartridge regularly or quantitatively to make the dust particles on the filter cartridge fall, reduce resistance, and restore dust removal efficiency.
Specifically, when the dust-containing gas enters the dust hopper of the dust collector, due to the sudden expansion of the air flow cross section, some coarse dust particles in the air flow settle under the action of gravity and inertia. After the smaller dust particles enter the filter chamber, they are deposited on the surface of the filter material through the combined effects of Brownian diffusion and screening. The purified air passing through the filter cartridge is discharged through the exhaust chamber. When the operating resistance of the equipment reaches a certain value, the pulse controller triggers the solenoid valve to open, and the compressed air is blown into the filter cartridge through the spray pipe, so that the dust particles fall off under the action of the instantaneous high-pressure airflow, thereby reducing the filtration resistance to complete the dust removal and cleaning process. The settled and cleaned dust gathers in the ash hopper and is automatically discharged by the ash discharge valve or gathered in the ash bucket, and is discharged manually regularly.
Components of self-cleaning filter
The self-cleaning filter is mainly composed of a shell, a filter cartridge, a backwashing mechanism, an electric control box, a reducer, an electric valve and a differential pressure controller. The diaphragm in the shell divides its inner cavity into an upper and lower cavity. The upper cavity is equipped with multiple filter elements, which fully utilizes the filter space and significantly reduces the filter volume. A backwashing suction cup is installed in the lower cavity. During operation, the turbid liquid enters the lower chamber of the filter through the inlet, and then enters the inner chamber of the filter element through the hole of the partition. Impurities larger than the gap of the filter element are intercepted, and the clean liquid passes through the gap to reach the upper chamber, and then is sent out from the outlet.
In addition, the self-cleaning filter also includes some other important components. For example, its control part is composed of an electric controller, a control pipeline (including a differential pressure switch) and a drain valve, which is used to realize the automatic cleaning and drainage process. The control pipeline is composed of accessories such as a differential pressure switch, a pipe joint, and a brass pipe. Conventional filter products use stainless steel brushes, and brushes of other materials can also be selected according to different use conditions. At the same time, the internal structure of the self-cleaning filter also includes a housing, a filter element assembly, a 316L stainless steel brush, a frame assembly, a transmission shaft, an inlet and outlet connection flange, a motor, a motor control box, a control pipeline, a differential pressure controller, a drain valve, a reducer, a diaphragm, a coarse filter, a fine filter, a scanner/sucker, a PLC intelligent control system, a drain port, a backwash mechanism, an electric valve, an electric control box, etc.
