Air compressor oil Filter

Oil filters are generally used as mainstream filters and should ensure that the filtered  passes through the filter every cycle. The oil filter works as a sediment interceptor. When the liquid oil enters the filter, particles of different sizes are intercepted by the paper filter and deposited on the filter paper. In operation, clogging the impurity particles of the filter element causes an increase in the pressure difference. When the pressure difference reaches a certain level, the bypass valve in the filter will open to ensure sufficient and long-lasting lubrication of the mechanical components. The differential pressure indicator or combination of a switch and a bypass valve can indicate whether the filter requires maintenance before the bypass valve opens.

Lubricating oil is required on the surface of the gasket when installing. The combination of inferior lubricants and mismatched lubricants will accelerate the formation of coke and result in a shortened life of the filter.
