1.Introduction
   The filter carries by-hand sealing valve, which should be closed when exchanging  element and the oil won't flow out.
   The filter should be installed under the oil surface.The filter has blocked indicator, which will make signals when the 
   element should be changed in time so as to avoid the breakdown.
