This process is critical to preserving lube and hydraulic systems due to the fact that free and dissolved water will lead to accelerated abrasion, the corrosion of metal surfaces, increased electrical conductivity, viscosity variance, loss of lubricity and bearing fatigue. Our filter elements with water removal capabilities will capture and retain up to 23 ounces of water.

Additionally, the Mobile Filter Cart will condition fluids that are already in service. The hose ends and reservoirs can be equipped with “quick connect” fittings that allow for the cart to be used as a portable side loop system.
