QYL-63- QYL Return Oil Filter

Unitized type QYL series suction, return filter for automotive crane is mainly mounted on the reservoir to filter the contaminants and provide the oil cleanliness . It features with rational structure, beautiful look, light weight and high flow advantages etc.

1. The suction filter of the element is produced with mesh screen. It has high flow, low resistanes, easy cleaning and repeat usage etc. 

2. The return line filter of the element is produced with nylon fibre. It has high flow low original pressure loss, high absorption capacity ,high filtering efficiencies and high precision degree , advantages etc. 

3. The return line filter is mounted a differential pressure indicator and a bypass valve. When the element is resistanced and the pressure is up to rated valve. The indicator is signalized for exchanging element. When it can’t be stopped the machine, the bypass valve will be opened for raising the pressure. At the same time, must exchange the element.
