Products Introduction:
The NJU-series filters are widely used in hydraulic systems.
The filter can be installed on the top or at the side of tank.
Filter element is made of wire meshes with nominal fineness of 80, 100or 180um.
During maintenance filter element together with sludge cup can be with drawn, from the housing and cleanes by washing.
A by-pass vavle and a vacuum indicator are incorporated with the filter.
When the pressure drop across the filter element reaches 0.018Mpa, the indicator gives signals showing maintenance shall be done .
it no service is done and as the pressure drop rises to 0.02Mpa, the by-pass vavle will open to ensure oil flow into pump.
