The dust collector is mainly composed of brackets, ash hoppers, filter chambers, clean air chambers, filter bags, injection devices and controllers. The dust collector is a combination type, consisting of 1, 2, 3, and 4 unit specifications. Each unit has 24 rows. Each row has 12 filter bags. Each unit has 336 filter bags with a filter area of 800㎡. The filter bag has a length of 6 meters and a diameter of 130mm. The filter bag is made of polyester needle-punched felt.

Working principle

After the dust-laden gas enters the dust collector, the air flow is evenly dispersed and guided into the filter chamber by the deflector, and then flows down along the filter bag and passes through the filter bag uniformly. In this way, there is a downward airflow at the lower part of the filter bag, which is consistent with the direction of dust falling during spraying, which is conducive to the settlement of dust and improves the cleaning effect.

When the resistance of the dust collector increases, the pulse interval of the injection system is shortened at a certain interval, that is, fast injection. When the resistance is small, the interval of pulse injection is lengthened, that is, slow injection. This control method minimizes the number of injections, which reduces power consumption. Extend the service life of filter bags, diaphragms and solenoid valves, improve the reliability of dust collector operation, and balance the resistance, air volume and compressed air consumption of the dust collector. The maintenance and management of the dust collector is convenient. There is a cover plate on the top of the clean air chamber of the dust collector, which is specially used for the maintenance and replacement of the filter bag.
