1. Product working principle


Natural gas filter element is mainly used to remove solid particles, oil mist, moisture and other impurities in natural gas, ensure the purity of natural gas, and protect the normal operation of downstream equipment. Its core filter material is usually composed of high-efficiency fiber, glass fiber or stainless steel sintered mesh, and adopts a multi-layer structure design, which has the characteristics of high-efficiency filtration and long life.


When natural gas passes through the filter element, the filtration process can be divided into the following stages:

Primary filtration: large particle impurities are captured in the outer layer of the filter element through physical interception.

Deep filtration: fine particles are gradually captured in the multi-layer filter material through inertial collision and diffusion sedimentation.

Oil-water separation: The special filter material structure allows oil mist and water to gather on the surface to form droplets, which are then discharged.

Precision filtration: After the final precision filtration layer, micron-level particles are removed to ensure gas cleanliness.
