Convenient operation and maintenance
The bag mouth of the filter bag adopts elastic expansion ring, which can be directly embedded on the flower board, which is both convenient for sealing and dismounting, reducing the contact between the maintenance personnel and the dirt bag.
There are some points for attention in the use of filter:
1, before closing the blower, we need to shut down the suction port of the woodworking equipment first, and then shut down the main engine after the system runs for 3-5 minutes.
2, before opening the blower, we need to first open the 3-5 end of the suction system's outlet switch, then open the dust suction fan.
3, check whether the connecting parts are connected firmly.
4, check the air tightness of the duer and ash hopper, ash hopper and ash handling device and ash conveying device, and eliminate the phenomenon of leaking and gas leakage.
5, turn off the small baffle valve, start the fan, no abnormal phenomenon, and gradually open the large baffle valve, so that the dust collector can pass the prescribed number of dusty gas.
