The composition and internal air flow of a woodworking cyclone dust collector
ash bucket, filter chamber, net chamber, bracket, poppet valve, blowing ash cleaning device
1- cylinder, 2- cone, 3- intake pipe, 4- exhaust pipe, 5- ash outlet, 6- external swirl, 7- inner swirling flow, 8- two flow, 9- return flow area.
The operation parameters of cyclone dust collector include: the inlet air velocity of the dust collector, the temperature of the gas and the inlet mass concentration of the dusty gas.
1) inlet air velocity: for a certain cyclone, the increase of inlet air velocity not only improves the gas flow rate, but also improves the separation efficiency, but the pressure increases. When the inlet air velocity is increased to a certain value, the separation efficiency may decrease, the wear is aggravated and the service life of the cyclone is shortened, so the inlet air velocity should be controlled within the range of 18~23m/s.
2) to deal with the temperature of the gas: because the temperature of the gas increases, its viscosity becomes larger, the centripetal force of the dust particles is increased and the separation efficiency is reduced, so the cyclone dust collector running under the high temperature should have a larger inlet air velocity and a smaller cross section velocity.
3), the inlet mass concentration of the dust gas: the large particle dust has the obvious carrying effect on the small particle dust when the concentration is high, and the separation efficiency of the dust collector will be improved, which is beneficial to the enhancement of the dust removal effect of the cyclone dust collector.
