There are three devices for woodworking dust remover, piping system, fan system and filtration system. In these three systems, the configuration and function of different configurations are different, but the most basic principles are the same, just like human wearing masks. The pipeline joins woodworking machinery and filtration system, and the fan works to produce negative pressure and dust. The most important part is fan configuration and filter bag performance.
The air flow which contains the sawdust particles is transported through the fan to the diversion bin of the bag filter. The flow of the air flow is reduced under the action of the guide plate. The heavier wood particles fall into the ash bin under the action of gravity. The other light and fine dust is adsorbed on the outer surface of the filter bag with the flow direction of the air, and after the filter of the bag, the clean gas is made. The body goes into the exhaust chamber and goes outside. With the continuous filtration conditions, the dust accumulated on the outer surface of the filter bag will be more and more, which will increase the running resistance of the system and reduce the efficiency of the system. Therefore, the system is equipped with automatic pulse cleaning device, which is composed of pulse control instrument, pulse valve, speed connection, drum and jet pipe. According to the characteristics of sawdust particles, pulse amplitude and pulse frequency can be set on the pulse controller. After the completion of the pulse amplitude and frequency setting, the system will automatically finish the cleaning of the filter bag in the working process, thus greatly increasing the efficiency of the same filtering and prolonging the service life of the filter bag.
