Principle of selection
1. The main technical parameters of the pulse bag filter are air volume, gas temperature, dust concentration and humidity. According to the large numerical value of air volume, gas temperature and dust concentration in the process design, according to the principle of slightly less than the numerical value in the technical performance table, the corresponding model of pulse bag dust collector is the type of pulse dust collector needed, and the filter bag adopted is determined according to the inlet concentration, the temperature of the gas and the moisture content.
2. The consumption of gas in the table is the situation of centralized gas supply. If the air machine is used alone, the actual gas consumption will increase to 1.5 times the value of the table.
3. The consumption of compressed air consumption is the consumption of gas for this type of equipment.
