Working principle:
The dusty gas enters the ash hopper or ash storage box from the intake port, and enters the filter bag through three ways: flower plate hole or directly through the flower plate hole. The dust containing gas passes through the filter bag into clean gas, enters the box body, and is discharged by the fan through the upper exhaust port of the box body. Dust is attached to the inner surface of the filter bag, and the resistance increases continuously. When resistance rises to 1500 to 2000Pa, in order for the bag dust collector to continue working, the dust on the filter bag must be regularly removed. When concrete is cleaned, the top fan is closed first, the eccentric action on the motor is rocked to drive the connecting rod to turn the rocking axis and back to and fro, and the filter bag is wavy, so that the dust is dropped and unloaded.
When the ash is stopped, the fan is restarted and the dust collector is restarted. The above actions are controlled automatically by a control instrument. In operation, if there is a lot of dust overflow at the exhaust port. That is, there may be a broken bag, and it needs to be replaced. Because the inside of the box is a clean gas through the filter bag, people can inspect the bag to open the access door and enter the room directly.
