Working principle of multi tube desulphurization and dust collector
The multi tube desulphurizing dust collector is a combined equipment for dry dedusting and wet desulphurization. The dry dedusting part adopts thick ceramic enamel whirlwind, which is wear-resistant. The dust gas is dispersed along the tangent line into the cyclone body, and the dust particles are separated from the gas under the action of centrifugal force. The dust falls into the ash collecting box, and the dust is discharged through the discharge valve. The flue gas after the purification enters the two grade desulfurization through the exhaust pipe.
The wet process two stage desulfurization adopts the impact water bath duster. After the first stage dust removal, most of the dust in the flue gas has been removed, and the remaining fine dust enters the two stage impact water bath duster. The high speed of flue gas impinges the liquid surface, arouses a large amount of liquid droplets and water mist, and the fine dust in the smoke is mixed with the droplets and water mist, and the fine dust in the flue gas is removed. The sulfur dioxide in the flue gas is fully contacted with the alkaline desulfurizing liquid, and the calcium sulfite crystal is formed into the bottom of the equipment and discharged through the ash discharging valve.
