The liquid path of the desulphurization tower of the 10T boiler:
The pH of the slurry in the desulfurization tower is maintained within the range of 5.05.9. The pH value optimizes the removal efficiency of SO2 and the oxidation rate of ammonia sulphite. Ammonia sulfate is easily dissolved. Under normal conditions, it can reach 40% weight solubility, and the ratio can reach 48.5% under the condition of desulfurization tower operation. The desulfurization tower is controlled by the suspended crystal particles containing 3-5% weight. The desulfurization tower delivery pump sends the slurry to the first stage dehydrating cyclone. The overflow slurry of the hydrocyclone is sent back to the desulfurization tower, while the lower part of the cyclone contains 1317% concentration of concentrated slurry into the cyclone storage tank. A slurry pump sends the concentrated slurry in the tank to the second stage dehydrating cyclone in the fertilizer plant for further dehydration. A filtrate return pump sends the dilute liquid discharged from the centrifugal dehydrator in the fertilizer plant to the desulfurization tower.
