The LFWD horizontal electrostatic dust collector is a purification device that uses the effect of an electric field to separate dust from dust-laden gas. The horizontal electrostatic dust collector is composed of two parts: a dust collector body and a power supply transformer rectifier device. The dust collector body includes a discharge electrode, a dust removal electrode, a rapping mechanism (dry electrostatic dust collector) or a water supply (vapor) spray device, and a high voltage insulation device, shell and ash bucket.
Features:
1. The dust removal efficiency is high, generally up to 99.5%.
2. It can adapt to the large volume of smoke.
3. The collected dust particles have a large range, and can collect dust of different particle sizes < 100 micron, and especially can collect ultra-fine dust of 0.1-5 micron.
4. It can adapt to the dust concentration of the flue gas, and the maximum allowable inlet dust concentration is up to 60g/m3 (standard conditions).
5. It can be applied to high temperature smoke. The electrostatic dust collector can generally work at 350-400℃, and the temperature resistance performance can be improved after taking measures, which can greatly simplify the flue gas cooling equipment.
6. Less consumption of electrical energy can reduce operating costs.
7. Capture dust ratio resistance range: 104-1013Ω·cm.
8. Automatic control, low operating costs, easy maintenance and management.
