3, managers should be familiar with the principle, performance and conditions of the dust removal parts, and master the adjustment and maintenance methods.
4, when the machine is opened, the compressed air should be connected to the gas storage tank first, the power supply is connected and the ash discharging device is started. If there are other equipment in the system, the downstream equipment should be started first.
5. When the process system is stopped, the dust removal parts and exhaust fans should continue to work for a period of time. The moisture and dust in the dust removal equipment must be paid attention to. When the dust removal parts are stopped, the dust removal parts must be repeatedly cleaned (with manual cleaning), and the dust on the dust filter bag is removed. Paste the bag in order to prevent the impact of moisture.
