Some enterprises are used for drying all kinds of industrial materials. The change of production is big, the frequency of the switchgear is high and the fluctuation is great. If the coal is used as the heat source, the sulfur oxide in the waste gas has a great corrosion to the structure of the gold, and the dust collector is given to the dust collector. The selection has brought great difficulties.

This is because the temperature is restricted by the following two conditions: 1, the maximum temperature (instantaneous temperature and long term temperature) allowed by the material of different filter bags is strictly restricted. 2, in order to prevent condensation, the temperature of the gas must be above the dew point, usually higher than 30 degrees.
For high temperature dust, it is necessary to cool the dusty gas to the temperature that the filter bag can withstand. Generally speaking, the investment cost of bag filter used for high temperature gas is high, and the air cooling facilities also need funds.
It is generally accepted that the dryer is stable, efficient, easy to maintain and reliable in operation. The dust removal efficiency of 0.1 micron particles can be as high as ninety percent.
