Air volume, filtration speed and filtration area of ball mill dust remover

In the type: Q- handling air volume, m3/h;
G- mill platform output, t/h;
K- empirical coefficient, mill ventilation: 500 ~ 600m3/t; fine powder collection: 1200~1300 m3/t.
Example: the output of the cement mill is 20 t/h, and the dust collector is only the ventilation and dust removal equipment of the mill. The air volume should be 12000.

The mathematical relationship between the three aspects of air volume, filtration speed and filtration area of the ball mill dust collector is as follows:

The ball mill dust collector type: Q- processing air volume, m3/h;
S- filter area, m2;
U- filter wind speed, m/min.
For example, when the output of the Q3 * 11m closed raw material mill is 70t/h, the ventilation rate for ventilation and dust removal is 42000m3/h. If the ordinary Dacron bag collector is selected, the filtering wind speed should be less than 0.7m/min, then the filter area of the dust collector should not be less than 1000m2.
