Working principle of LEFILTER single-unit pulse dust collector
The working principle of LEFILTER single-unit pulse dust collector is similar to that of general single-unit pulse dust collector, which is mainly divided into two processes: filtering and cleaning:
Filtration process:
Under the suction action of the fan, the dust-containing gas enters the dust hopper of the dust collector from the air inlet. In the ash hopper, due to the sudden expansion of the air flow section and the action of the air flow distribution plate, the air flow velocity decreases, and some coarse particles settle in the ash hopper under the action of gravity and inertia.
The fine-grained and low-density dust particles continue to rise with the air flow and enter the filter chamber where the filter bag is located. When the dust-containing gas passes through the filter bag, the dust is retained on the outer surface of the filter bag, and the purified gas passes through the filter bag into the clean air chamber.
The gas in the clean air chamber is then discharged from the exhaust pipe through the fan, thereby realizing the purification process of the dust-containing gas.
Cleaning process:
As the filtration continues, the dust on the surface of the filter bag will gradually increase, resulting in the continuous increase in the resistance of the filter bag. When the resistance rises to the set value, the dust collector's cleaning system starts working.
The cleaning system is mainly composed of a pulse valve, an air bag, a blowpipe, etc. After the pulse valve is opened, compressed air is quickly ejected from the air bag and sprayed into the filter bag through the nozzle on the blowpipe.
The high-speed compressed air forms an instantaneous positive pressure in the filter bag, causing the filter bag to expand rapidly and vibrate. At the same time, under the flushing action of the reverse airflow, the dust attached to the outer surface of the filter bag is peeled off and falls into the ash hopper.
After the cleaning is completed, the pulse valve is closed, and the filter bag resumes the filtering state, waiting for the next cleaning cycle.
