DRLF series large flow oil return filter

The filter is installed in the return pipe of the hydraulic system,which is used to filter the metal powder and rubber material worn by various components in the liquid,so as to keep the oil flowing back to the tank clean.

Application widely used in hydraulic systems such as heavy machinery,mining machinery and metallurgical machinery.

Performance and Characteristics

The filter element is made of chemical fiber,which has the advantages of high filtration accuracy,large oil passing capacity,small original pressure loss,high pollutant carrying capacity and equipped with differential pressure transmitter and by-pass valve.When the filter element is blocked to the inlet and outlet pressure difference is 0.35MPa,it sends a signal to clean or replace the filter element.If the machine cannot be stopped in time or no one comes to replace the filter element,the by-pass valve installed in the upper part of the filter element will be automatically opened to protect the system.
