Performance and Characteristics
1、Easy to install,simplify the system pipeline:The filter is installed on the cover of the oil tank,the filter head is exposed outside the oil tank,the oil return cylinder body is immersed in the oil tank,and the oil inlet is equipped with pipe type and flange type connection,thus simplifying the system pipeline,making the system layout more compact,installation and connection more convenient.
2、It is equipped with filter element pollution blocking transmitter and by-pass valve,which can improve the reliability of hydraulic system.When the filter element is blocked by pollutants or the oil inlet pressure is 0.35Mpa due to low system liquid temperature,flow pulsation and other factors,the transmitter will send a signal indicating that the filter element should be replaced or the temperature should be increased in time.If the machine cannot be shut down immediately to deal with these faults at this time,the by-pass valve on the filter element will open automatically (the opening pressure difference is 0.4MPa) to protect the normal operation of the filter and hydraulic system.
3、The design adopts direct return oil filter,which makes it very convenient to replace the filter element or add oil to the oil tank:just unscrew the filter cover (cleaning cover) to replace the filter element or fill the tank, and two M18 x 1.5 oil ports are set at the filter head,which can be used to install a transmitter on either side or a small amount of oil in the system can return to the tank for filtration.
4、With liquid flow diffuser:
the diffuser is arranged at the bottom of the oil return cylinder,which can make the oil return medium flow smoothly into the oil tank and is not easy to produce bubbles,so as to reduce the re-entry
of air and reduce the disturbance of deposited pollutants.
5、The filter element is made of chemical fiber:
which has the advantages of high filtration accuracy,large oil passing capacity,small original pressure loss,high pollutant carrying capacity and so on.The filtration accuracy
is calibrated by absolute filtration accuracy,the filtration ratioβ3,5,10,20≥200, filtration efficiency N≥99.5%, in line with ISO standards.

Note:1.The oil inlet flange,installation bolt,sealing ring and other accessories required by the product are provided with the product,and users only needs to prepare 8Q pipe welding.
2.2-M is M18XL5 screw hole,which can be installed on any side of the transmitter or used for small oil return hole,and equipped with wire plug.
