SRLF series double barrel oil return pipeline filter

The filter is composed of two single cylinder drippers and two position six way directional valve.It has the advantages of simple structure and convenient use.It is equipped with by-pass valve and filter element pollution blockage transmitter to ensure the safety of the system.
In the working process,when the filter element of the single cylinder filter is blocked to a certain extent and needs to be cleaned or replaced,stop the main engine to replace the filter element,which not only wastes time,but also can not meet the needs of the continuous operation of the main engine.The double cylinder filter effectively solves the defects of the single cylinder filter,and the filter element can be cleaned or replaced without shutdown to ensure the normal and continuous operation of the main engine.

Application widely used in hydraulic systems such as heavy machinery,mining machinery and metallurgical machinery.

Performance and Characteristics

Its working feature is that when one filter element is blocked and needs to be replaced,it is not necessary to stop the main engine.As long as the pressure balance valve is opened and the directional valve is turned,the other filter can participate in the work,and then replace the blocked filter element.It is necessary to replace the filter cartridge on the filter element side to allow a small amount of internal leakage.
