SZU-A series double barrel oil return filter

The double cylinder oil return filter is composed of two single cylinder filters and two position six-way directional valve.It has simple structure and convenient use.It is equipped with by-pass valve and filter element pollution blockage transmitter to ensure the safety of the system.During the working process of the single cylinder filter,when the filter element is blocked to a certain extent and needs to be cleaned or replaced,the main engine shall be stopped,which not only wastes time,but also can not meet the needs of the continuous work of the main engine.The double cylinder filter effectively solves the defects of the single cylinder filter,and the filter element can be cleaned or replaced without shutdown to ensure the normal continuous work of the main engine.

Application widely used in hydraulic systems such as heavy machinery,mining machinery and metallurgical machinery.

Performance and Characteristics

Its working feature is that when one filter element is blocked and needs to be replaced,it is not necessary to stop the main engine.As long as the pressure balance valve is opened and the directional valve is turned,the other filter can participate in the work,and then replace the blocked filter element.

Note:*refers to the filtration accuracy,#refers to the filter material.If the medium used is water glycol,the operating pressure is L6MPa,the nominal flow is 63L/min,the filter material is paper,with transmitter and by-pass valve,the filter model is SZUI-BH-A63x*P,the filter element model is STZX2 *BH-63X*.
The filter material is chemical fiber,and the filtering accuracy is 10-15μm.With hair pin,the filter model is:SQ2U-A63x*P;The filter element model is STZX2-63*Q.The filter material is chemical fiber,and the filtering accuracy is 1-5 pm,with transmitter,the filter model is SQ2U-A63 *P and the filter element model is STZX-63*Q.If the filter material is metal mesh with transmitter,the filter model is SWU-A63x*P and the filter element model is STZX2-63x*W.
