The filter can only be installed on the top of the tank,and no self-sealing valve,other performance is similar to TF series.

Application widely used in hydraulic systems such as heavy machinery,mining machinery and metallurgical machinery.

Performance and Characteristics

1、Easy installation and connection,simplify the system pipeline.
The filter can be directly installed on the top,side or bottom of the tank,filter cylinder immersed in the tank below the liquid level,while filter head exposed outside the tank.The self sealing valve and other devices are set in the filter to save the installation of stop valve and other pipe fittings,so as to simplify the pipeline and facilitate installation.The oil outlet can be connected by pipe or flange.

2、The self-sealing valve is set to make it very convenient to replace or clean the filter element or maintain the system.
When replacing or cleaning filter element or maintaining the system,just unscrew the filter cover (cleaning cover),at this time the self-sealing valve will automatically close,isolated oil tank,so that the oil tank will not flow out of the tank,so that cleaning,replacing the filter element or maintenance system is very convenient.If the self-sealing valve is jacked,it can be used to drain oil from the oil tank.

3、3、With filter element pollution transmitter and oil circuit by-pass valve,the reliability of hydraulic system is improved.
When the filter element is blocked by pollutants to the oil outlet,and the vacuum at the oil outlet is 0.018MPa,the transmitter will send a signal that it should be replaced or cleaned in time.If the machine cannot be shut down immediately or no one will replace the filter element,the oil circuit by-pass valve on the upper part of the filter element will open automatically (opening value: vacuum 0.02MPa) to avoid air suction failure of the oil pump.However,at this time,the filter element should be stopped to replace or clean,so as to maintain the cleanliness of the hydraulic system and improve the reliability of the hydraulic system.
