The filter is installed at the suction port of the oil pump to protect it and other hydraulic components from pollution impurities,to improve the cleanliness of the hydraulic system.The filter can be directly installed on the top,side or bottom of the tank,filter cylinder immersed in the tank below the liquid level,while filter head exposed outside the tank,and it’s equipped with self-sealing valve,by-pass valve,filter pollution blocking transmitter and other devices,so that when replacing or cleaning filter element,the oil in the tank will not flow out.Our products are novel in design,easy to install,large oil capacity, small resistance,easy to use and maintenance.
The filter can only be installed on the top of the tank,and no self-sealing valve,other performance is similar to TF series.
The filter is used for high precision oil absorption filtration in hydraulic system,and can remove the pollutants such as metal particles and colloidal substances before oil absorption,thus prolonging the service life of oil pump.The filter can be installed directly on the top,side or bottom of the tank.The filter is equipped with a self-sealing valve which closes automatically when the filter cover is opened for service,thus ensuring the normal maintenance of the filter even when it is submerged below the liquid level in an oil-filled tank.
The filter belongs to the coarse filter,which is generally installed at the oil suction port of the oil pump to protect the oil pump from inhaling large mechanical impurities.The filter structure is divided into net type and line gap type,the connection type is divided into flange connection and pipe connection.In a nutshell,the filter has simple structure,large oil capacity and small resistance.

The superimposed filter can be directly installed under the electromagnetic directional valve to remove or prevent the mechanical impurities mixed in the hydraulic oil and the colloid and asphaltene produced by the chemical change of the hydraulic oil from entering the electromagnetic directional valve,so as to prevent the instability or jamming of the valve core and the occurrence of faults such as excessive wear of the valve,and maintain the normal operation of the system.It is especially suitable for automatic control system and servo system.
