How to select hydraulic oil filter

(1) When selecting the hydraulic oil filter, the model of the filter can be selected according to the characteristics of the above filters, combined with the requirements of various typical hydraulic components and systems for pollution level or filtering accuracy, and the working pressure, oil temperature and oil viscosity of the system.

(2) The hydraulic oil filter shall have sufficient flow capacity, which refers to the maximum flow allowed to pass through the filter under a certain pressure drop. It shall be selected according to the filter sample in combination with the installation position of the filter in the system.

(3) The hydraulic oil filter shall have certain mechanical strength and shall not be damaged by hydraulic pressure.

(4) For the hydraulic system that cannot be shut down, the filter with switching structure must be selected. The filter element can be replaced without shutdown.
