Coalescent dehydration oil filter machine has five stages of filtration system, which sets precision filtration and efficient dehydration two functions as one. Coalescent dehydration oil purifier has high dehydration efficiency and strong ability, it is especially suitable for low viscosity, high moisture content light oil, such as aviation kerosene, gasoline, 46 hydraulic oil.

Through the filtration of the particle filtration system, the cleanliness of the liquid can be stably controlled in the state required by the system to ensure the cleanliness of the oil.

When the oil flows through the coalescence separator, it goes through four stages of filtration, coalescence, settlement and separation in its interior to achieve the function of filtering particle pollutants and removing water.

Firstly, the oil flows through the coalescent filter element (flow direction: inside to outside). The coalescent filter element is composed of special glass fiber and other synthetic materials, specially formulated for the dehydration of oil. The coalescent filter element is hydrophilic and has the dual function of filtering particle pollutants and coalescing water.

The deemulsification and coalation layer of the outside will gather the tiny water droplets in the oil into water droplets. The larger water droplets will settle to the accumulation tank by their own gravity, and the smaller water droplets will be carried by the oil to the separator filter element without settling. 

The separator filter element is made of special stainless steel mesh, and it has good hydrophobicity. When the oil flows through the separator filter element from outside to inside, the small water beads are effectively intercepted outside the filter element, only the oil can flow through the separator filter element, so as to further separate the water from the oil.

The coalescent dehydration oil filter machine can be used for different liquids by replacing the filter elements made of different materials:  

■ Gasoline, kerosene, diesel, and other fuel oil  

■ Oil and other low viscosity hydraulic oil, lubricating oil  

■ Medium viscosity hydraulic oil, lubricating oil  

■ If the viscosity of the oil is high, the heater can be added to the machine.
