In order to prevent the process operation from being affected by unstable water quality factors (such as high turbidity, colloid, algae and other substances), it is recommended that the water intake point of the water station be set at the upstream of the plant to ensure more stable and reliable equipment operation.
If there are certain algae or other microorganisms in the influent water of the water station, it is recommended to add a certain amount of disinfectant in the purification process to prevent algae and microorganisms from blocking the filter material layer in the device when filtering, resulting in frequent backwashing of the filter area, which not only wastes water resources, but also causes the effluent quality and large fluctuation of water volume.

According to the above water quality conditions, it is completely suitable to treat high turbidity water and low temperature and low turbidity raw water with fully automatic backwashing filter and shallow medium filter developed by the company. The whole system water purification device has the advantages of simple process, no need for special personnel to operate and manage, small floor area, low investment, etc.
The designed daily water treatment capacity is 2400m³,Considering the shortage of project land, large water consumption and many other factors, under the premise of meeting the water quality and quantity, and taking into account the high degree of automation, low investment, convenient operation and management and other factors, a 200T/H efficient fully automatic backwash filter is selected.
The full-automatic backwash filter, also known as self-cleaning filter, is a pre filtering device that uses the filter screen to directly intercept impurities in the water, remove suspended solids and particles in the water, reduce turbidity, purify water quality, reduce the generation of system dirt, bacteria, algae, rust, etc., so as to purify water quality and protect the normal operation of other equipment.
The filter medium enters from the inlet and flows into the system through the water outlet after filtering the impurities in the fluid through the filter screen. During the filtering process, the dirt and impurities in the accumulated water gradually accumulate in the filter screen, forming a filter impurity layer. As the impurity layer accumulates in the inner side of the filter screen, a differential pressure is formed on the inner and outer sides of the filter screen.
Due to the intelligent (PLC, PAC) design, the system can automatically identify the degree of impurity deposition. When the differential pressure of the filter reaches the preset value, the automatic cleaning process will start. During this time, the clean water supply will flow continuously. At the same time, the electric motor drives the transmission shaft to make a spiral movement, and the transmission shaft drives the steel brush to rotate to clean the inner surface of the entire filter screen.
The whole flushing process only takes tens of seconds. The blowdown valve is closed at the end of cleaning, and the filter is ready for the next filtering cycle.

Self cleaning filter overcomes many shortcomings of traditional filter products, such as small dirt holding capacity, easy blockage, filter parts need to be disassembled and cleaned, and filter status cannot be monitored.
It has the function of filtering raw water and automatically cleaning and blowdown the filter element. When cleaning and blowdown, the system provides uninterrupted water, which can monitor the working state of the filter, with a high degree of automation. Operation and control can automatically clean, filter and drain without any external energy.
