Working principle of mine baghouse dust collector
The mine baghouse dust collector is composed of an upper box, a middle box, an ash bucket, a bracket, a filter bag assembly, a back-flushing ash cleaning mechanism, and an ash discharge valve. It adopts the design concept of large air volume and low wind speed.
When the dust-laden gas enters the ash hopper from the air inlet pipe at the lower part of the dust collector through the deflector, the coarse dust falls into the ash hopper due to the collision of the deflector and the reduction of the gas velocity.
The remaining fine particles of dust enter the filter bag room with the gas. Due to the inertia, diffusion, etc. of the filter material fibers and fabrics, the dust is retained outside the filter bag, and the purified gas escapes from the bag and is discharged through the exhaust pipe.
