Introduction of Hydraulic filter elements:

The hydraulic filter element is an important part of the pipeline series for conveying media. It is usually installed in the inlet filtration of the hydraulic system, and then used to filter out the metal particles and polluted impurities in the fluid medium. It can protect the normal operation of the equipment. When the fluid enters the filter, its impurities are filtered, and the clean filtrate is discharged from the filter outlet.

The hydraulic filter element’s filtering direction is from the outside to the inside.Impurity particles are intercepted on the filter layer of the hydraulic oil filter element. The hydraulic oil filter element is designed with  Pleated design to increase the dirt holding capacity of the product.

Installation of hydraulic filter element

The filter element is a consumable. When the filter element is blocked, we need to clean or replace the hydraulic oil filter element.

When it is need to clean, just take the filter element out of the filter, treat it with industrial liquid, and then load it.

When replacement is needed, what should be paid attention to?

When installing the hydraulic oil filter element, we should pay attention to the following points:

  1.Turn off the equipment and cut off the power supply;

  2.Close all oil valves;

  3.Open the drain at the lower part of the fine filter and the vent valve at the top to drain the oil in the filter;

  4.Pay attention to flushing the oil tank and pipeline of the system, and do not mix new and old oil.

  5.Take out the old hydraulic oil filter element and clean the filter;

 6.The process of installing a new hydraulic oil filter element should be in a clean operating environment to avoid impurities.
