Introduction:
Recently, the annual repair project of water treatment in the public auxiliary workshop of a steel plant in Jiangsu, undertaken by Lefilter, has been successfully completed. The project covers 16 self-cleaning filters, 6 inclined plate precipitators, 2 chemical oil remover, 2 sets of shallow sand filters with a flow rate of 400m³/h, 4 sets of Φ3600 quartz sand filters and 1 set of Φ3500 double rotary flow filters, which took more than 30 days to complete.
Project Overview:
Due to the large amount of water used in the process of steelmaking, the inclined plate precipitator, chemical oil removal device, quartz sand filter and other frequent treatment of suspended solids and sludge iron debris in the water treatment equipment, resulting in serious wear and tear in the equipment. The filter cloth, inclined pipe, filter material, filter screen and so on belong to the regular replacement of filter supplies, at the same time has to be replaced, due to the production needs, The Lefilter Company will replace and maintain the filter material and the seriously worn parts of the relevant equipment during the overhaul of the relevant equipment. Specific maintenance is as follows:
Self-cleaning filter maintenance site
16 self-cleaning filter tank seal and filter screen damage lead to substandard filter water quality, rotation shaft bending and brush damage lead to unclean cleaning, sewage pipe obstruction leads to failure to discharge, shaft seal wear leads to equipment leakage, instrument disrepair leads to inaccurate measurement. Replace and clean the brush filter electromagnetic blowdown valve, and replace the drive shaft.

Inclined plate precipitator maintains site
The filter cloth inside the 6 inclined plate precipitators is deformed, the surface of the body accumulates ash, and there are more sludge and iron blocks, resulting in the blockage of the lower water outlet, abnormal sound of the shaft head of the mud conveying machine, and water leakage of the disc root.
The press cloth is replaced, the root is repaired, and rust removal and corrosion prevention are carried out in the body to prolong the service life of the equipment.

Shallow sand filter maintains site
2 groups of flow 400m³/h shallow sand filter inside the filter cap is blocked, the filter material is laminated, the three-way valve is leaking, the electric control cabinet is damaged, and the corrosion is serious.
