Working principle

The Cyclone Desander is based on the principle of centrifugal settlement and density difference. When the water enters the equipment tangentially from the intake of the cyclone under a certain pressure, it will produce cyclone motion. Due to the different densities of sand and water, under the action of centrifugal force, centripetal force and fluid drag force, the water with low density rises and is discharged through the water outlet, while the sand with high density is discharged through the sand outlet at the bottom. The individual tiny particles floating together along the water flow are then blocked by the two-stage filter device, so as to achieve the purpose of sand removal. Compared with the ordinary cyclone desander on the market at present, the product has added a filter unit (filter precision can be selected according to user requirements), with the advantages of sand removal, saving installation space, low leakage rate for individual tiny solids, stable working state.

In a certain pressure range and conditions, the greater the water inlet pressure of the desander, the higher the desander rate, and can be used in parallel.e6r4s4rsh68reh48er4sh864s68erh4

When the Cyclone Desander is selected, on the premise of meeting the basic flow rate, it is preferred to select the equipment with slightly larger specifications and models, and replace the larger devices with several parallel devices in the system.
