Scope of application:

1. Petrochemical: polyether, diesel, lubricating oil, white oil, transformer oil removal impurities decolorization clarification filter.

2. Mineral oil and base oil: dibutyl ester, dioctyl ester to remove impurities, decolorization, clarification and filtration.

3. Oil: crude oil, gasification oil, winter oil and other impurities decolorization clarification filter.

Working principl:

By the gear pump or centrifugal pump, the mixed liquid mixed by the decolorizing pot or mixing tank is pumped through the pipeline to the decolorizing filter tank and filled with it. Under the thrust of the pump, the filter material of large particles (such as white earth, diatomite, activated carbon, etc.) is intercepted on the surface of the filter screen to form the filter cake layer. Under the action of the filter cake layer, Fine particles of white soil are trapped to form countless fine channels, and then more fine suspended matter is trapped, only allowing clear liquid to pass through. At this time, filtration begins. In the filtration process, new mixed liquid is pumped continuously to form a new filter cake layer, so that the filter cake will not be blocked. The clear liquid flows through the internal channel of the screen through the oil outlet to the oil outlet pipe, and flows through the pipeline to the finished product tank under the thrust of the pump.

Slag removal process:

With the increase of the filter amount of mixed liquid, the filter cake layer becomes thicker and thicker, the filtration resistance increases, and the pressure in the tank increases. When the pressure gauge at the part of the filter shows 0.4Mpa, the conveying of mixed liquid into the tank of the filter is stopped, the air compressor is started, and air is input into the tank of the filter through the overflow port through the pipeline. Under the action of air pressure, the oil in the filter cake is gradually pressed out. After about 30 minutes, the filter cake is pressed dry, and the air input into the filter is stopped. When the upper pressure gauge shows 0, open the butterfly valve, start the vibrator, and start the slag discharge. When the slag discharge is clear, close the butterfly valve and all valves, and start the next round of filtration.
