DLPP series melt-blown filter elements are made of pure polypropylene superfine fiber hot-melt entanglement, without any chemical adhesive, the fibers are randomly bonded in space to form a three-dimensional microporous structure, which integrates surface, depth and fine filtration. The deep filter structure with gradually changing pore size, which is sparse on the outside and dense on the inside, has a strong ability to hold dirt. It is divided into smooth surfaces according to different manufacturing processes.
Features
Smooth surface (DLPP): smooth surface, no fiber shedding, gradient gradient aperture (basic type)
Groove (DG): grooved on the surface to increase the effective filtration area, large flux, high dirt holding capacity
Fine grain (MG): the internal fibers are tight, and the retention rate is as high as 99%
Orange peel (H): fine and compact, high mechanical strength, high pressure resistance, no shedding
Raw surface (P): The surface is entangled with filament polypropylene fibers, no shedding, super high dirt holding capacity
Application field
RO reverse osmosis system, security filtration
Civil drinking water filtration
Industrial water, electroplating solution filtration
Chemical raw materials, organic solvent filtration
Filtration of acid and alkali liquids in industrial and chemical manufacturing processes
