The installation of HEPA filter has strict operation process and standard, in order to better use HEPA filter to achieve the effect we want, we suggest to understand the preparation work before installation first.

1, before the installation of high efficiency air filter, first of all, a comprehensive cleaning (must), in order to avoid contamination by pollutants. The overall is a clean space.

2, installation of high efficiency filter ( HEPA ) or ultra-high efficiency filter ( ULPA ), should be lightly held and placed to prevent damage to the filter due to severe vibration and collision.

3. Check the label of the high-efficiency air filter to see if it is the same size and efficiency as the original one you want to buy.

4. Don't forget to unpack the internal plastic package cleanly.

5. Before unpacking the plastic packaging of the high efficiency air filter, be sure to carefully check the appearance of the filter, especially check carefully whether the filter element is broken or deformed.

6、Between the filter and the frame, whether the gasket or the liquid tank seal is used, the liquid tank frame or gasket and frame must be wiped clean.

7、If the liquid tank seal is used, the height of the liquid level in the liquid tank must meet the design requirements, and there is no leakage of rubber at the joints of the frame.

8, in the installation of liquid tank high efficiency air filter, can not disassemble the filter several times.
