1. Easy installation and connection, simplifying the system pipeline:

 The filter can be directly installed on the side, bottom or upper part of the fuel tank. The filter head is exposed outside the fuel tank. The oil suction cylinder is immersed below the liquid level in the fuel tank. Self-sealing valves and other devices are installed to save the pipeline from installing stop valves and other pipe fittings, so that the pipeline is simplified and the installation is convenient.

2. Set the self-sealing valve, which makes it very convenient to replace and clean the filter element or maintain the system:

 When replacing, cleaning the pump core or maintaining the system, you only need to unscrew the filter end cover (cleaning cover), at this time the self-sealing valve will automatically close, isolating the oil circuit of the fuel tank, so that the oil in the fuel tank will not flow out, so that It is very convenient to clean, replace the filter element or maintain the system. For example, the top-open self-sealing valve can also be used to discharge oil from the fuel tank.

3. Equipped with a filter element pollution transmitter and an oil bypass valve, which improves the reliability of the hydraulic system:

 When the filter element is blocked by pollutants until the vacuum degree of the oil outlet is 0.018MPa, the signal transmitter will send out a signal, and the filter element should be replaced or cleaned in time. If the machine cannot be shut down immediately at this time or no one comes to replace the filter element, the oil bypass valve on the upper part of the filter element will automatically open (opening value: vacuum 0.02MPa) to avoid the failure of the oil pump to be sucked. But at this time, stop the machine to replace or clean the filter element to maintain the cleanliness of the hydraulic system and improve the reliability of the hydraulic system.
