Working Principle?

Vacuum oil filters are designed according to the different boiling points of water and oil. It consists of vacuum heating tank, fine filter, condenser, primary filter, water tank, vacuum pump, oil discharge pump and electric control box. The air in the vacuum pump and vacuum tank is drawn out to create a vacuum. Under the action of atmospheric pressure, the oil from the outside enters the primary filter through the oil inlet pipe to eliminate larger particles, and then enters the heating tank. The oil heated to 40-75°C passes through the automatic oil float valve to automatically control the balance of the amount of oil entering the vacuum tank. The rapid rotation of the jet wing separates the hot oil into a semi-mist. The water in the oil quickly evaporates into water vapor, which is continuously sucked into the condenser by the vacuum pump. The water vapor entering the condenser is cooled, and then back to the original water is released. The oil in the vacuum heating tank is discharged into the fine filter by the oil discharge pump, and the particulate impurities are filtered out by the filter element. Thereby completing the whole process that the vacuum oil filter quickly removes impurities, moisture and gas in the oil, and discharges the clean oil from the outlet.

How to operate the vacuum high-efficiency oil filter?

Connect the inlet and outlet oil pipes, switch on 380V, connect the safety ground, check whether the circuits are connected safely, whether the valves of each oil circuit are open, and proceed to the operation procedure after all preparations are complete. Start the cooling water pump first, check whether the water circulation is normal, then start the vacuum pump to make the oil in the vacuum pump run normally, and then make the vacuum pump run continuously. When the vacuum surface reaches the limit, you can open the oil inlet valve until the oil surface is seen in the lower window of the vacuum cylinder, then start the oil discharge pump switch, start to discharge oil and filter impurities, and the oil circuit will circulate normally. share. If there is more water in the oil, the oil end in the vacuum cylinder will increase. At this time, you must open the air vent to control the appropriate vacuum degree. After the water content decreases and the oil drift drops, close the air release valve to make the vacuum reach the limit. At this time, pay attention to the reaction of each instrument. If the reading of the pressure gauge is greater than 0.3MPa, it means that the filter paper in the filter has absorbed more impurities and needs to be replaced with a new filter paper. When the vacuum reaches the normal atmospheric pressure, the oil in the cylinder is drained, and the remaining oil is released from the oil drain plug to prevent it from being mixed with different types of oil in the next use. Pay special attention in winter and drain the water in the vacuum pump and the water tank Otherwise, the vacuum pump and water storage tank will be damaged by freezing.

Precautions

1. When the power is turned on, the ground wire must be connected to operate.

2. Before operation, pay attention to the rotation direction of the motor, which must conform to the direction of the arrow.

3. When there is no oil circulation, do not turn on the heater, otherwise it will burn out the heater, or it will explode if it is heavy.

4. Before discharging oil, all valves of the oil outlet pipe must be opened.

5. The working environment temperature is lower than -30°C and higher than +40°C, so it is not suitable for use.
