PP melt-blown high flow filter element is made of hot melt entanglement of polypropylene microfiber. The fiber randomly forms a three-dimensional micropore structure in space. The micropore aperture is distributed along the filtrate flow by gradient, integrating the surface, deep and coarse fine filtration, and can intercept impurities of different particle sizes.
Accuracy range of filter element: 0.2-100 micron
Its flux is more than 1.5 times of the peak room filter element with the same accuracy, and different types of end cover joints can be configured to meet the needs of various engineering installation.

PP melt-blown high flow filter element has dense, uniform aperture and high filtration efficiency. Because the particles will occur in the PP melt spray filter hole bridge phenomenon, so that the particles less than the hole can be blocked, the filtration efficiency is more than 98%, PP melt blown filter itself cleanliness is high, no pollution to water quality, acid resistance, alkali and other chemical reagents and organic solvents corrosion.
