1. First check the o-ring, and then seal the filter element after cleaning, and put it flat into the sealing tank;

2. Use the process liquid to soak the o-ring;

3. Remove the packaging bag, cover the sealing head, tighten the lifting ring and press the bolts;

4. Open all the vent valves at the top of the shell;

5, open the inlet valve a little, make the liquid into the shell until the liquid out of the vent valve, turn off the vent valve;

6, slowly open all the outlet valve, and then slowly open all the inlet valve;

7, the 10 " filter element with flow cleaning for about 5~10 minutes;

8, the filter element can not withstand the impact of large flow, nor can it let the pressure in the opposite direction;

9. If the pressure difference is found to be greater than 0.15 mpa or the flow rate is greatly reduced, it means that the filter element is blocked. The filter element can be removed and the outer wall of the filter element can be cleaned with clean water lower than 0.2 mpa;

10. If it is found that the folding filter element does not run, do not dry it, but it should be stored in the filter shell, and then inject clean water or antibacterial water into the shell, and it can be cleaned when reused.
