Large-flow water filter element, also known as security filter large-flow filter element, is used as a water treatment desalination system to protect the downstream RO reverse osmosis membrane from damage and is not easy to be fouled. The large-flow water filter element effectively intercepts large particles of floating matter, organic matter, Microorganisms, etc. prevent large particles from mechanically scratching the RO membrane, and use RO to do a better job of desalination.

Usually, the large-flow water filter element adopts the large-diameter folding process, which has a larger filtration area than the previous small-diameter filter element, and can be used for a longer period of time. At the same time, the number of replacement of the filter element during maintenance is significantly lower than that of the small-flow filter element, which reduces the input cost.

Large flow water filter features:

(1) High filtering precision. Strict production process and unique fiber structure make the product quality stable and reliable.

(2) Large filtration capacity and small pressure loss. The fibers are thermally bonded by themselves without using adhesives, so that the pressure loss is reduced and the filtration flow rate is increased.

(4) Strong corrosion resistance and wide applicability. The material of the product is single polypropylene, which is stable in nature and has strong corrosion resistance.

Most of the high-flow filter elements adopt a 6-inch, 152mm large-diameter structure, with a single-ended opening, no central core support frame, and the fluid flows from the inside to the outside. The end cover and the filter layer are welded by heat fusion without any adhesive, so it has a wide range of chemical compatibility and can be used in various fields.
