Hydraulic oil filters have been widely used in our daily life. We all know that hydraulic oil filters are consumables, they often encounter a variety of blockage problems, bringing us a lot of trouble. In order to extend its service life, we need to know some maintenance knowledge.

Hydraulic filter element is used in the hydraulic system to remove particles and rubber impurities in the system to ensure the cleanliness of the hydraulic system. Hydraulic oil must be filtered when refueling, and refueling tools should be reliably clean.

Hydraulic oil is not used at high temperatures, where it oxidizes and deteriorates rapidly. Air filters on hydraulic stations must use filters that filter both particles and moisture.

The hydraulic system must be cleaned with the same hydraulic oil as the system used. The oil temperature should be between 45 and 80°C. The hydraulic system should be repeated more than 3 times. After the cleaning is completed, all the oil will be released from the system when the oil becomes hot.

Before changing the original hydraulic oil, check the return filter element, suction filter element, pilot filter element, and look for iron filings, copper shavings or other impurities.

When changing hydraulic oil, all hydraulic oil filters (return filter, suction filter, pilot filter) must be changed at the same time, otherwise it is the same as not changing. Distinguish between hydraulic fluids and mix different brands of hydraulic fluids, as they may react and deteriorate and produce flocculants. Before refueling, a suction filter must be installed. The nozzle covered by the suction filter leads directly to the main pump. Fill to the standard position, there is usually an oil level gauge on the hydraulic tank. After refueling, the main pump must be vented.
