1. Adopting low pressure pulse blowing technology, low energy consumption. Use straight-through low-pressure pulse valve. The blowing pressure is only 0.2~0.4MPa, and the resistance is small. Due to the good effect of ash cleaning, the equipment has a long operation cycle, which reduces the overall energy consumption.
2. The air duct adopts a collection of pipe arrangement, with a compact structure.
3. Electromagnetic pulse valve has long service life and good performance. Due to the low blowing pressure (0.2-0.4MPa), the pressure borne by the pulse valve diaphragm and the impact force when switching are low. At the same time, due to the long cleaning cycle, the number of pulse valve openings is reduced accordingly, which prolongs the service life of the pulse valve and improves the durability of the pulse valve.
4. The installation and disassembly of the filter bag are very convenient. Adopting the upper installation method, when changing the bag, draw out the filter bag skeleton from the net gas chamber of the dust collector, put the dirty bag into the grey hopper, and take it out from the grey hopper into the hole.
If the cleaning time of bag dust collector is too long, the attached dust layer will be cleared off, which will become the reason of filter bag leakage and breakage. If the cleaning time is too short, the dust on the filter bag has not fallen off, to resume filtration, will make the resistance gradually recover and quickly increase, affecting the use of its effect. The distance between the two cleaning time is called cleaning cycle, to make the dust collector can operate under the premise of appropriate resistance, the nature of dust, dust concentration, etc. need to be considered, and according to the different methods of cleaning to determine the cleaning cycle and time, and in the trial run to adjust to achieve the better parameters of the cleaning.
Bag dust collector debugging methods:
1. Check whether the movable parts are smooth, no paste blockage. Check whether the interface of each pipeline of the filtration system is well sealed. Check whether the filters are firmly installed.
2.Check whether the wiring of the electric control system parts is correct and whether the fuse is intact.Test the operation of the electric equipment.
3. Adjust the angle of fan blades so that the vacuum system produces the required processing flow. The flow meter can be used to test and adjust.
4. Adjust the preheater and heating system to ensure that the bag temperature meets the required range. Check whether the relative humidity is controlled above 15-20°C.
5. Ventilate and start the dust removal system, take a sample of the dust into the outlet chimney to test the dust reduction efficiency. If it does not meet the standard, further optimisation is required.
6. Observe the degree of negative pressure fluctuation under simulated working conditions, and exclude possible sources of shock that may cause fluctuations.
7. Test the blowback device switch gun and distribution, blowback time is appropriate and complete.
8. Linkage of the whole system to run continuously for a certain period of time, observed the control situation and fitting optimisation.
