Working Principle

Oil filter Carts usually adopt a multi-stage filtration system, including primary filters, intermediate filters and precision filters. Primary filters are used to remove large particles of impurities, intermediate filters further purify the oil, and precision filters remove small particles and water. Some oil filters are also equipped with a vacuum dewatering system, which removes water from the oil by heating and vacuum extraction.

Workflow

The oil first filters out the particles in the oil from the primary filter and then enters into the agglomerating separator. The oil passes through the four processes of filtration, agglomerating, settling and separation to realise the function of removing water, and then outputs the purified oil.

1.Particle filtration system

Adopting good filter material as filtering medium and large filtering area design, it can filter out very fine particles and impurities very well, so that the oil can reach a very high cleanliness.

2.Agglomerating system

Agglomerating system consists of a set of agglomerating filter element, the agglomerating filter element adopts polar molecular structure, the free water and emulsified water in the oil will be agglomerated into larger water droplets after passing through the filter element, and then settle down to the water storage tank under the action of gravity.

3.Separation system

The separation filter element of the separation system is made of hydrophobic material, when the oil passes through the filter element, the water droplets are blocked on the outer surface of the filter element, and are aggregated with each other until they settle into the water storage tank by gravity.

4.Drainage system

The separated water is stored in the water storage tank, when the interface height reaches the set value, open the valve to discharge the water until it descends to the lower liquid level, close the valve and stop the drainage.
