WORKING PRINCIPLE

The dusty gas first enters through the air inlet of the dust collector. After passing through the air flow distribution plate, the gas evenly enters each filter bag chamber. At this time, when the dusty gas passes through the filter bags, the dust particles will be intercepted on the outer surface of the bags, while the purified gas will penetrate the filter bags and be discharged from the air outlet, achieving the initial gas-solid separation.

As the filtration continues, the dust on the outer surface of the filter bags gradually accumulates. When it reaches a certain level, it will affect the filtration effect. At this time, the pulse jet cleaning system starts to play its role. It will instantaneously release compressed air according to the preset time interval or pressure difference and other parameters, and then blow the corresponding filter bags through the blowpipe. The powerful air flow causes the filter bags to expand and vibrate instantaneously, and the dust attached to the outer surface of the filter bags will be detached from the bags under this impact and fall into the dust hopper for collection, completing the cleaning process.
