Before installing the LCM long-bag off-line pulse dust collector, thorough preparatory work is required. Firstly, based on the external dimensions, weight of the equipment and the actual situation on site, a suitable installation location should be planned. Ensure that the site is flat, solid, and there is sufficient surrounding space for subsequent operations, maintenance and pipeline connections. Meanwhile, corresponding installation tools such as cranes, electric welders, wrenches, etc. should be prepared, and the integrity and safety of these tools should be checked.
In addition, each component of the equipment should be carefully inspected to check whether there is any damage or deformation during transportation, and verify that the quantity of components is complete to ensure that key components such as filter bags, pulse valves and electrical elements are intact. Appropriate foundation materials like anchor bolts and shims should also be prepared according to the installation requirements of the equipment to guarantee its stability after installation.
Foundation Installation
Carry out foundation construction in accordance with the installation drawings of the equipment, accurately pour the anchor bolts to ensure that their positions, verticality and the height protruding from the foundation meet the requirements. After the foundation reaches the specified strength, hoist the entire equipment onto the foundation, and use the anchor bolts and shims for precise leveling and alignment to make the levelness and verticality of the equipment meet the specified standards. Then tighten the anchor bolts to fix the equipment.
Pipeline Connection
Connect the inlet pipe, outlet pipe and ash discharge pipe to the corresponding interfaces of the dust collector. During the connection process, ensure good sealing of the pipelines. Sealing gaskets, sealants and other materials can be used for sealing treatment to prevent gas leakage. Meanwhile, pay attention to the slope setting of the pipelines to ensure smooth ash discharge and avoid dust accumulation and blockage in the pipelines.
Electrical Installation
According to the electrical wiring diagram, correctly connect the power supply lines and various control lines. Pay attention to the firmness and correctness of the wiring to prevent electrical faults such as loose connections and short circuits. Install the electrical control cabinet in a suitable position for the convenience of operators' operation and observation, and take good grounding protection measures to ensure the electrical safety of the equipment.
No-load Commissioning
After the completion of equipment installation, no-load commissioning should be carried out first. Turn on the power supply of the equipment and start the fan. Check whether the rotation direction of the fan is correct, whether it runs smoothly, and whether there are any abnormal noises or vibrations. Meanwhile, test whether various control buttons, instruments and indicator lights work normally, and check whether the pulse cleaning system can perform normal blowing according to the set parameters and whether the off-line valves of each filter bag chamber can switch flexibly and accurately. The no-load operation time should generally be no less than 2 hours to ensure that all components of the equipment can operate normally under no-load conditions.
Load Commissioning
After the no-load commissioning is normal, load commissioning can be carried out. Gradually introduce dusty gas and observe the operation of the equipment during the process of handling dusty gas. Focus on the pressure changes of the inlet and outlet gases, whether the filtration wind speed is within a reasonable range, and the dust adhesion on the surface of the filter bags and the cleaning effect. Adjust the operating parameters of the equipment, such as the cleaning cycle, pulse width and fan speed, appropriately according to the actual operation situation to make the equipment achieve the best dust removal effect. The load commissioning time usually lasts for 4 - 8 hours. During this period, pay close attention to the overall operation status of the equipment and deal with various problems in a timely manner.
Throughout the entire installation and commissioning process, professional technicians should conduct the operations and strictly follow the installation and commissioning instructions of the equipment to ensure that the LCM long-bag off-line pulse dust collector can be put into use smoothly and play its due dust removal efficiency.
